Michelle G. Breit

Michelle is a highly experienced intellectual property and commercial litigator, representing clients in complex patent, copyright and trademark infringement actions, trade secret misappropriation disputes, and other aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement. 

Michelle also has extensive experience representing and advising clients in business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership and corporate dissolution, product liability, unfair competition and employment disputes, among others.

From the start of her career in Silicon Valley to the present, Michelle has represented companies and individuals in a diverse variety of technologies, ranging from semiconductor devices and their methods of operation, computer and wireless telecommunications systems, radio frequency satellite and cellular communications systems,  and various other mechanical and chemical based arts matters, including fire protection methods and devices, surgical devices, marine diesel engines and consumer automobile accessories.

In addition to her litigation practice, Michelle counsels companies and individuals in intellectual property protection and enforcement, negotiates and prepares intellectual property licensing and sale agreements and supervises due diligence strategies and analyses efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

The Arizona Business Magazine recognizes Michelle as a Top Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law.
